Simplified Sportsbook Backend and Design (509091)

Hello, I am looking to launch a new type of simplified online sportsbook. Due to the nature of it and the difference in the way it operates to many large exisiting sportsbooks the design and backend should be much simpler. The main differences from an existing sportsbook are firstly, that betting events will be added and edited manually and only a limited number (approx 10) will be added each week. There is no need for intergration with data service providers or for the odds to be updated automatically. There will be no in game betting; all betting will end before the event starts. Secondly, at launch payment will only be dealt with with one provider; either PayPal or NETeller (whichever is easier). Whilst intergration with NETeller or PayPal will be needed so deposits are automatically reflected in the customers accounts, withdrawals will be processed manually and the lack of other payment mechanisms shall simplify the work greatly. It will need to be completely 100% secure as it will be dealing with customers personal detials and financial transactions. It will have otherwise than the substantial differences mentioned, similar account features to other sportsbooks. I am interested in working with either a skilled single or team of designers and programmers, but would like to get both the design and backend done by one team.
