Quiz Website Application

My client requires an application that will draw its data from a db with approx. 10000 questions and aswers. (ie What is the capital of the USA)The idea is that people will register on the site and be able to see all others online at that time and 20 random questions will be shown from the db. People have to answer all the questions and the person who answers the quicker is ranked highest. The app. will need to remember contestants and their score and ranking postion will be shown on the site. I hope you get the idea. This quiz will be ongoing and open to as many registered online to play. ## Deliverables Please suggest suitable platform - We run windows 2000 servers and security issues. Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
