PHP and MySQL Programming

I am creating a website that will allow registerd users to fill out a form and upload photos that will be used to create a flyer in PDF format that they can print. I will create the templates using PHP and the ezpdf class using a set of variables. I will paste these templates into an online admin form so they can be saved. Your script will scan my template and build a form for the registerd users depending on which variables I used in the template. Registered users will then be able to come to the site, choose from a number of templates, and complete the form that will ultimately create their pdf flyer based on the template they selected. IMPORTANT: The user form will be generated based on the variables I used when I created the template. WHAT I NEED: 1. a user registration system that is integrated with PayPal subscription payments 2. form creation and handling based on the description above. the form handling also includes database work as the form field information will be saved in the DB. 3. a PHP/MySQL team that can take my plans and make them a reality. I will do all of the design/HTML/CSS for the project but need qualified PHP programmers to take charge of the 'engine' of my project. OBJECTIVE: New elements or features FEATURES: User login/registration, Database, Web-administration, Form handling DESIGNWORK: None - just development LANGUAGE: Javascript as needed (you decide when needed) TECHSUPPORT: ongoing bug support as needed EXPERIENCE: I am experienced and know exactly what I need HOSTING: No ADDITIONAL INFO: Code must be well commented and clean. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
