Access to mysql db (s) on a web server using PHP.
Insert Events via web form for customers and if possible quicker way to insert multiple events for me ( i have used phpmyadmin or imported text files) and my clients. Display events via search page with multiple search and sort (order)options. Display results in a basic table , unless you have something else in mind, with alternating shades of color fro each line.
Inserted fields would include Year, Month(s)-if event begins at end of month and ends at beginning of the next month, Day(s), Time(s) - add different times if neccesary for each day, Event, Company Name-with hyperlink, Street #, Street name , City, County, State ,Zip Code, Misc Field -large text field, link to Google or Yahoo or multiple mapping options. Possible small graphic field.
Second db would be the company name , and more fields about the company including a hyperlink to their website or webpage, etc.
I would like to be able to reuse the mysql/ php on the some ther sites as well (probably 3 other sites) .
Also, I might like to buy navigation menu.
I would probably just need the mysql and php info to add to my webpages. I don't think I would need the coder to add it , if they offered that type of service. I can set up the db's on my server.
I have cobbled together the very basics and actually have a working site. I need the more advanced queries/inserts, etc and search options.
