Joomla LMS hacks(repost)

I have a website: [login to view URL] and registered members there will be soon able to have access to an e-learning course. I am using a small component for the LMS functionality. It's small and does almost everything I need at this point in time. The component is: com_ Joomlearn_LMS_Basic_5.0 I do however, need some development done on this component as follows: Retake course ??" should open in same window Content (video) should open in new window Change watch video text in button to ‘Launch Content’ - I have changed some labels in the language file, but can't find this one! Must have ability to launch a HTML course self contained in a folder ??" change the curent link from 'video' to a 'browse' to select and launch any file…Currently the LMS only allows to link to a file in a pre-defined folder so I can only launch an HTML learning object using a redirect file, which is not a perfect solution. The current certificate system doesn’t seem to work. What I want is: Ability to create and show certificate ??" user can input name and organisation in a form then press ‘create certificate’ button. The LMS currently asks for the user name at the start of the course ??" this should be done just before creation of the certificate only when the user has completed the course by passing all the modules. Using a predefined word doc with fields this is then presented to the user to download or print as pdf. The user should not be able to change their name in the certificate once it has been created, though they can go back and re-access it at any time. Ability to email my results…from the 'my results' page the user can input an email address for a formatted results table (as displayed on web page) to be sent to any email address. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
