2 os commerce 2.3 modifications with possibility of more work!

Please only bid if you have a good rating and feedback. I am looking to have modifications done to my shopping cart. I want the ability for customers to purchase multiple quantities of specific product attributes. The stock levels should be maintained in the admin area. I have a link to show you what exactly I need. I also need this on an oscommerce 2.2 shop, which I can pay extra for as a bonus if this goes well. I also need a quickbooks integration module installed.
