Ebay API add item script

Hi there, I have a database of products that I want to place on Ebay. I'm a php programmer myself but I really don't understand the Ebay API. All I need is a readymade script that adds an item to Ebay. The script needs to be installed on my server. I simply must be able to cycle through the database and call a class (prefer a class) or function and the item is added. There must be some readymade scripts for this most-likely or at least parts of code, so this shouldn't be extremely difficult. One note though, the products should be added on [login to view URL], [login to view URL] and [login to view URL], but I dont think that will be a problem.
