mp3 database and playlist generator

It's a database application that stores information from mp3 (or other type) files. You just drag and drop the files from windows explorer to the application and according to the filename or tag info it stores the artist, title (and other data) to the database. The application has a tree with music categories and the user can drag the files to the tree category. So you can find easily songs of a type "pop" for example by just clicking the "pop" on category tree. Of cource you can add, delete, move tree data. Each song can have some more data like album, track, and some other info. I want also the user to build playlists by drag and drop items on a playlist. Draged items can be droped to another application using OLE drag and drop.
