Database Diagram Needed

I have a VB program that uses a simple database made in access xp. the database has 5 tables, each of around 5-8 fields. What i require is 1. an industry-standard entity relationship diagram 2. E-R data tables / data dictionary 3. any info on if the database is normalised and how so these MUST be correct. i need these as i cannot be sure that the ones i am doing are correct. i will post the database and the system if it is required for the winning bidder to see. this should take someone with the right skills only a couple of mins! ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
