There is a VB app (DARP) and a very small C prog (Dipse, inside of Darp), which need to be linked together that way, that generated data is being transported into one of the fields inside the VB app. Actually it is only an mdb-file and the data needs to be written into the table, column "Gewicht". The C prog works with a scale, the VB app is meant to catalogize articles. Thus you would have to see, that the data is written into the correct line. That is the one, which would be opened at that very moment. Please, note, that the mdb-file name might differ. But the column name would always be the same, not the position though. Thus you would have to check, which database file is opened by DARP (the VB app), find the proper column and put the entry into the line, which is opened right at the moment. I gladly discuss any further questions/options. This project is rather urgent, but you need not risk your neck for it, ok?
