Intercept HTTP traffic via TDI filter (repost)

This bid is being reposted as I now have sufficient information to accurately describe what I need. I am in need of a TDI filter driver capable of intercepting outgoing connections on various ports. These connections will be forwarded to a local proxy server which will then handle the connection as necessary. Three things will be needed: 1.) the TDI filter driver. The driver will only forward connections if the proxy server is running, otherwise it will allow the connections to pass unfiltered. 2.) a user-mode API for installing/unistanlling the TDI filter driver. 3.) a user-mode API for informing the TDI filter when the proxy server becomes available and becomes unavailable. The APIs should work as follows: BOOL InstallTdiDriver(); BOOL UninstallTdiDriver(); BOOL InformTdiDriverOfStatus(BOOL bServerIsAvailable); InstallTdiDriver will install the TDI driver. UninstallTdiDriver will uninstall the TDI driver. InformTdiDriverOfStatus will inform the TDI driver of whether or not the proxy server is available. If TRUE is passed as the argument, the TDI driver will then begin forwarding connections to the proxy. If FALSE is passed then the TDI filter will allow all data to pass unfiltered. Upon installation of the TDI driver, the driver will assume the proxy server is unavailable. In other words, until it receives notification from InformTdiDriverOfStatus, it will allow data to pass unfiltered. I am not sure of the price for this project so please post a reasonable bid. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows 2000/XP/Vista
