Need Delphi/Kylix core/base/template code and design for a 2D Vector Drawing component.
This component needs to be readily/easily CLX portable for use with both Delphi and Kylix. It could be similar to a TCanvas of sorts with additional functionality [open to ideas].
**I do not need a full-blown CAD component, just the following;**
**1.** simple vector line based only
**2.** must be scalable/zoomable with a window/region [i.e. - 250% centered on X=1024, Y=368]
**3.** drawing methods should easily support custom vector shape libraries
**4.** connector/line drawing methods require only snap-to object end-points
**5.** Must support "shape" and end-point clicking/dragging [i.e. - be able to click and drag shape and connected lines follow/update... be able to click/drag and connect/disconnect lines to points/endpoints
**6.** I do not need any coding for saving/loading/etc... I will do all of this {database}. Only need an ID for each object.
**7.** Needs to be furnished with a simple "re-draw" method to redraw/redisplay drawing after having made changes.
I can provide samples/examples/ideas for the record structure/properties of the objects....
I also have drawings/graphical examples available via email that might help before you bid.
**I do not have an uinlimited budget but am willing to pay more for higher quality/more functionality.**

1) Complete and fully-functional working components(s) in visual component form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Complete and detailed source code documentation and notations.
3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
