Creating a C++ dll for use with ASP

I need a skeleton project for a C++ DLL that will be used with ASP (not ASP.NET), and short ASP and VBS codes that show how to implement the DLL. the basic functionality of the DLL should be to recieve 2 strings and 2 integers, and return? one string and? one integer. (the usage ot these inputs is not important as i'll place new code when i get the working project) I'll be? using the project? on VC2005 express, so the provided project must be compatible.
