visio style objects for web

Hi I need a project completed to create an on line toolbox with four or five objects (ActiveX or other) in the style of a visio workflow diagram. If you know of a better way to acheive this then please let me know. The toolbox objects need to be able to droped on the desktop with the ability to click the objects and set their properties. Connector links to other objects on the page should be able to be dragged and dropped or automaticllay linked on completion of the object properties page. The sole purpose of the objects will be to populate or delete information in a SQL database and possible MSMQ. All I need is the ability to create rules and to link them to one another. To summarize, what I need is the ability to send and receive sms messages from MSMQ, read and write to a SQL database and send email. I have another project nearly completed that handles all of the inbound and outbound messages.
