Umbraco website setup with nopcommerce

I need someone to setup a umbraco CMS website that can use nopcommerce as a ecommerce solution. The umbraco site will be used to manage the actual content of the website whist the nopcommerce site will be used to provide a shopping facility for the website. In addition the umbraco website should also be able to not only provide pages for displaying information but also be able to provide third party people their own blogs. e.g. A person will be given a login / password and they can login and update their *own* blog, not any one elses and they should not be able to update any other content within the website.
