sting word loss in input display

I know there is an easy fix for this - I have done before but can't remember and can't find previous code that we used - I am pulling data from database file - assigning to a variable - and then displaying in a input field - the varialbe string contains the full string - but when I assign to the value in the input - I lose everything after the first space. so for example - rs = data recordset dim xfield xfield = rs("datapoint") (tags removed on purpose) input type="text" name="Name" size="94" if len(xfield) > 1 then value= =[login to view URL](xfield&"") end if ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
