SMS email additoin to RC

I have an existing ASP classified system that needs the ability to send SMS alerts and text messages to customers. Currently, the customers are in Europe, Britain Specifically. This is a 2 Phase project. First, the SMS will be added to only a few functions in the classified system and will be specifically for Europe. Second phase will involve adding SMS to most of the system and have it global. If I'm wrong about SMS and it's international flavor, please let me know. Currently the system sends emails. I want the option to either replace the email with an SMS alert, send both email and SMS alert, or send just an email. There are about 10 email functions that are built in, so all you'd do is add the SMS ability. I will be delivering this to my customer and he'll have 3 days to test/report bugs before I'll consider releasing the funds to this bid. IF you can't test, please don't bid, I don't accept 1/2 baked code. Delivery on a deadline is important. If you say 10 days, I expect it in 10 or less. IF over, I simply cancel the project. I can handle waiting a week or two if that's what it takes, but be accurate with a deadline. Code should come with comments, what you did and all that. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
