Silverlight Expense Analyzer

This project is to create a Silverlight application that analyzes 24 months of expenses returned from a web service. The data in the web service contains a summary account and a detail account. The url for the web service will be passed in as a parm to the page. The web service resides on a domain different from the Silverlight app. The page will be modeled after this example: [login to view URL] and should have the same look and feel. The major components are: 1. Ability to select a timeframe (1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, 24 months, Year to Date) 2. Show a pie chart of the summary account data. 3. The related transactions that make up the pie chart show in the transactions sections below. 4. Clicking on a pie chart wedge shows the detail account data that comprise the selected summary account. 5. Show a spending history bar chart that shows similar summary information by month. I want the page to be as close as possible to the demo link. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
