PHP B2C/B2B Shopping Carts

Develop PHP Shopping Cart with B2C & B2B Features ================================================= NO OPENSOURCE or modified copies of existing similar applications. Need full Ownership Rights !!!!! We require expert programmers proficient in PHP Scripting Languages/SMARTY/Paymnet Gateway Integration/mySQL for creating an ecommerce shopping cart application. The Shopping Cart Script should consist of all the features of [login to view URL] and all the design/accessibility quality of [login to view URL] ecommerce website. DESIGN: Pinnacle site structure is being created using TABLE tags. We wont need that. If anyone know how to design one ecommerce website using Liquid theme using DIV/CSS (minus TABLE), accessibility, usability, service provider will get a prefernce over rest. Pinnacle Design is entirely SMARTY based. SEO: We need a shopping Cart which is fully SEO/Accessible and Usable.
