284248 PHP/ MySQL/ ASP/ Website clone

Hi, I need a clone of the following website [login to view URL], having problems with current host, getting access to files for host transfer may not be possible. I need the site duplicating or better, I will provide the hosting of the site and merchant for the e-commerce that needs setting up. What is required:- Fully functional site e-commerce will need setting up shopping basket/checkout backend MySQL database for products User friendly product upload, removal and editing Customer login/registration All copyright to the site and PSD files will be passed to ourselves. If this project goes well I need such a person/s for regular work with my hosting company.
