Mobile website for Real Estate

I posted something previously that was similar, but I have a lot more information that will help you decide whether you can help with this project. GOAL: To allow a mobile web user to pull data from the MLS (multiple listing service). REQUIREMENTS: a.) Knowledge of RETS 1.7 and ability to use it. (Real Estate Transaction Standard) [login to view URL] is their official website b.) Ability to pull data from this MLS database into a mobile website application for people using a Treo, Blackberry, etc... I do not know what program is best to pull this data from the database, so please let me know what you think. I am not a programmer, so I need your advice. I have limited experience and knowledge about .asp, php, RETS, etc... DEVELOPER RESOURCES FOR RETS 1.7 : [login to view URL] [login to view URL] SUMMARY: I have a username and password to the raw data in our MLS that will allow me to have an active website and allow users to search for property based on their search criteria. These end users do NOT need to login, however, only certain data can be accessed by them. In other words, the end user is allowed to see only a portion of the database that I have access to. Users should be able to search for homes based on price, bed rooms, bath rooms, zip code location, and so forth... Also, I have already created a web site that this information will be pushed to, so I don't need a website created.
