Expert Programming Team Wanted

I have a web application that requires an expert team of programmers that enjoy complex challenges, and utilize expert problem solving skills. It requires advanced OO programming analysis and abilities; analytical thinking and creative solutions are key. I am open to all potential J2EE, Coldfusion, ASP.NET, VB.NET, PHP, etc, solutions. The application is fun and unique -- I guarantee you will enjoy working on it. We desire as modular and flexible an application as possible. This is a perfect project for advanced programming teams that understand and utilize original and unique OO concepts and designs. The chosen programmer must enjoy and look forward to solving complex challenges with advanced analytical skills. We are not worried about design at this point. We just desire the best technical programming team we can find.
