Chiropractic Management Software

A chiropractor needs Office Management Software. The software track teh following; new patients, the type of patient they are, and treatment. The chiropractor currently uses a chart to track all this information, and he like how his card works. The software has to very closely mimic this card. This chiropractor has leek at and tested many different kinds of software in the past - the problem being that it takes too long to input data. So this is what I need from the applicant.
