I hope to develop a system which will allow me to upload 'blinkie' images and layouts etc for myspace which users can easily implement into their profiles. I can show a few example sites on request. I'd like the system built so that it can be adjusted to allow me to use it for offering similar items for other profiles sites that come about. Some of the groundwork has already been started, the design template and some mysql work. However the project can be built from scratch if need be. Please see the attached spec. for more information.
