94007 Google Like News Site PHP

I need a site that looks similar to Google News where I can assign people to specific areas to post information. I also would like to have comments on each of the articles as well as an area of upcomin product releases and the the hottest shoe releases coming out. Lastly, I need a calendar of release dates for the products. I'd like to have admins who can control all content and have mods assigned to specific areas. Lastly, there should be an area for a banner at the top. I need this project done within the next two weeks - and I have more projects for you if this one goes well.
