Build a Website

I need help in developing a Proof of Concept for my internal web application . We are planning to try this poc with our internal employees to get the work done across teams. That being said, we need expertise in HTML, CSS, Javascript, PHP, MYSQL to build a web application. The user page should have following menus and the data should display accordingly from the database. Post Project Browse Listings Post Contest Help Dashboard my projects profile inbox Rewards Invite We also need to develop an admin page to keep track of employee’s activities and score points which will be later pulled by our appraisal system. So an admin page to track employee activities along with a web service to pull the data from other application need to be built. We don’t need a fancy UI for this, simple UI for both user page and admin page with above said functionalities will work. We also need documentation or code and functionality walkthrough after the app is build. This needs to be developed in less than a week including development, testing and code walkthrough.
