I am preparing a project about ethnic food and I need pictures of traditional dishes, ingredients and chefs. Could be of your favorite restaurant. Worldwide. You take pictures, I pay the meal and some extra money. For this part of the project I need someone in Portugal who can take pictures of the meal and the ingredients. I also need the name of the traditional dish, recipe, description of ingredients and some historic reference, if there is any.
