Hello. I am an indonesian Architect and 3D visualizer with 7 years of professional experience. I am familiar with the scale of the project on the task you required. I have engaged in various types of projects ranging from small residential house to high rise buildings (apartments, hotels, missed use) and also resorts and infrastructure projects such as underground train station. The tools/software I am using for 3D rendering job would be Sketchup for 3D modelling, VRay for the rendering and Adobe Photoshop for the image post processing. My workflow generally starts of with : 1. creating the 3D models as required from the information given. After that is completed, I would ask for your approval before continuing on. I am allocating 2 times of revision at this stage. 2. Once we have the 3D model, I would set up some angles for the view as per required. 3. Once the angle is approved, I then continue to set up the scenes with appropriate lighting and materials. I am allocating 2 times of revisions at this stage. 4. After we have the 3D rendering, I would then do some post processing works using an image editor software (i.e, Adobe Photoshop) 5. Sending the deliverables.
