Image animation

we would like to illuminate these files the same way they are illuminated on our website; see link below [login to view URL];view=article&id=11&Itemid=15 Please click on image on the chest of the/any tee shirts to see illumination effect. I am pretty sure this was done with Photoshop or Illustrator. Here are Illustration instructions for each attachment...We can only do a maximum 5 flash illustration! Attachment # 1 should flash Los, than Angeles, Lakers, than the Ball, than everything. Attachment # 2 should flash Boston, than Celtics, Leprechaun, than the Ball, than everything. Attachment # 3 should flash Ball on fire, than Ring, Miami, than the Heat, than everything. Attachment # 4 should flash Chicago, than Bulls, than the Bull, than everything. Attachment # 5 should flash New York, than Knicks, than the Ball, the diamond that is busting through, than everything. Attachment # 6 should flash Orlando, than Star, Magic, than the Ball, than everything. These should be converted to GIF files. This is an extremely easy project, our developer use to do these in a few minutes. This could result in regular work. Please submit 1 sample of your ability to do this.
