I have a PERL based shopping cart that currently uses a fixed amount for a shipping charge. I want to set a look-up amount on a per-state basis. This is currently set up but it loops to add another shipping fee for each product in the shopping cart. I need the attached code modified to run ONCE regardless of the number of items in the cart (file is attached).
Should be VERY simple for someone who has the programming knowledge to do it.
