Oscommerce Modifications

I would like to make the following changes to the existing oscommerce theme. i have included the existing photo to show how the website looks like now. [login to view URL] and i have included the [login to view URL] photos. 1. make fonts bigger in menu HOME NEW ITEMS MONTHLY.... 2. when customers login, make it say "Hello, Sean" 3. on the left menu. add brands drop down 4. on left menu add quick find. 5. on left menu add currencies 6. on left menu add shopping cart. # of items in cart 7. on left menu add we accept "Paypal, credit card logo" 8. logout button, underline. 9. top header buttons. 3. Cart Content Checkout My Account. make this bigger 10. make it so when people scroll down on the page the whole left menu scrolls down with the page. 11. make the left menu, flush to the right side to be the same level as the Banner and redline. 12. make the advanced search page smaller. text box smaller. 13. shopping cart when we check out. the price is to the far right. he wants it centered. closer the image, as well as the check-out button. 14. create account. make the button more the center. 15. remove DOB on product registration page. 16.. on the delivery info page / payment. make the address box bigger additional items may not be listed. at the end of the project everything must look exactly like the screenshot. otherwise the job will not be finished.
