The app is phone based. Eventually with the option to backup to a website so your history can be maintained and restored as necessary. This can aspect could be added at a later date? It is directed toward the sport of cowboy fast draw (CFDA) where we are required to hit a metal target for time. The fastest time wins. If you don't hit you don't get a time. You can see an example here. [login to view URL] The idea is that you open the app, select your user, and your mode (practice or match) or set up a new user and then select practice or match mode. Once you have selected your user input. Screen 2 appears. This displays your user name, mode (practice or match name) and shot #. It also has places for your time and hit location. You shoot your shot and record your data. To record your data you click on a box on the left of the screen to type in your time. (i.e. ".645"). Then on the right side of the screen you tap on an image of the target or back drop the approx location of your shot. Depending on where you tap on the impact screen - a green dot will appear on the target for a hit or a red dot appears on the back drop where you missed. All of that data will be recorded and searchable within the app. Basically it is a spreadsheet that tracks your hits/misses and your time. This will allow a shooter to see if they are missing or hitting consistently in the same areas and track any increases or decreases in speed and provide them their average time. "Practice mode" will be continuously building data and saved with dates. "Match mode" will input the same data into spreadsheet as practice but will have an additional cell for a match "name" to make that specific information searchable by "match". In other words - If I want to see how I am doing overall I can query every shot. Or I can query data for the last 2 months. Or I can query to see how I did at a specific match ("Texas State" "2019"). Obviously as you look through this you will see that there is more to it (multiple users, the shot # is auto-populated, there are men, women and youth categories, etc) all of that is explained in the attached files. I can provide all the graphics in whatever format and size you would need and would also need help/input getting this onto the Apple and Google platforms. - They ask for budget based on size. I have no idea if this a simple project or really complex one. All I know is I am doing this on my own out of my pocket so it is not a company with a big budget. I do have a little flexibility in my spending so the $1500 i had to select is not a sticking point. Just a ballpark. Thank you for considering my project.
