Insitecreation CMS custom development

I want to develop custom module for InsiteCreation CMS. If anyone has the knowledge reply to this project. Here is what I want. 1) This module is for recruiters/job seekers 2) This module is like a shopping cart, see this link [login to view URL] 3) I have just added the text here, I want the custom module to be implemented here 4) ok here’s how it will work, when someone click on this page he will be shown information till 'PROFILES EXHIBITED DOMAIN-WISE' with the categories below. 5) When the viewer clicks on any of the category say for e.g. 'ACCOUNTING' all the resumes belonging to ACCOUNTING will be displayed i below table. 6) There might be 2 profiles or 20 profiles in every category having unique id for each. 7) If the viewer likes any profiles he will click on the 'THIS PROFILE IS INTERESTING' below the table. 8) when he click this link the current profile that he is viewing will be added to his cart. 9) He can add as many as profiles he wished from any category. 10) When he clicks on finish button the third form will appear 'THESE PROFILES INTEREST US - FORM' 11) He will have to fill in the form and when he fills it all the information including the profiles in his cart will be mailed to a particular email address. 12) The detail will be stored in DB as well as sent through email, there will not be any kind of payment transaction through this module. I hope this clears out your doubts. The data should be manageable through admin and a search functionality should be also available for this module.
