[login to view URL] All, We are running a mysql heavy front end of a website on a dedicated server with following specs 2x120G SSD disks on RAID-1 16GB RAM Dual E5620 @2.40GHz We seems to get lot of CPU usage by MySQL process during peak hours and this seems to result in a really slow site loading time during the peak. I have attached an #atop screenshot when this issue is happening. I am looking to hire someone to fix this issue. 1. Either by optimizing mysql/server configuration 2. Or by providing detailed instructions to script vendor on how to optimize their mysql queries.a

Hi, I can help you with MySQL optimization can we get access to your system. looks like mysqltuner has been run after very short mysql uptime. mysqltuner needs to be run atleast after covering one session of your peak time then only the stats would capture any issues related to peak time the quote is with the assumption of 10 person-hours of effort. actual billing would depend proportional to actual effort spent on your project hope to hear from you regards Babu

Hi, Are you guys caching results somehow ( Memcached, Redis ) . It's now always possible to just change some settings and magicaly it starts to work faster . The best solution would be 1) see what queries can we cache 2) see all queries that you are using - if you're not doing something funny there .
