Champagne Bubbles Mural Project

I am looking for a muralist to paint several champagne bubbles on an exterior wall. Key Points: - The surface to be painted is NOT flat. The surface is brick, with relatively deep grout. - The artwork should be your best rendition of champagne bubbles (opposed to soap bubbles). - The wall is about 10ft tall and about 100ft wide (exact measurements on request). - The mural is to be painted the full-length of the wall, end to end. I'm seeking a creative individual who has: - Proven experience in comparable artworks. - A good understanding of working with exterior surfaces and suitable painting materials. - The ability to interpret and incorporate specific theme requirements. (sharp lines and round circles)
