Help Customize Our Moodle Site

We have a Moodle eLearning site. We could use some periodic consultation, via Skype. We would share screens and ask you questions and get your assistance on issues as they arise. We would pay you by hour. 1 hour minimum per call. Number of hours needed would vary. If an issue arose, we would find you on Skype, ask you when you would be available to help, then call you on Skype at the appointed hour. Track time. Pay you at the end of the call.
