Write a mobile application code using ACTIONSCRIPT

PLEASE PLEASE READ ALL THE FOLLOWING DESCRPITION , I am developing an app using ACTIONSCRIPT3 , I am having a trouble with many things, but I understand the whole concept, I want someone to make an app code for me that does this. The code should be clean and have some //explanation. And must be in ACTIONSCRIPT. Image viewer should support all touch gestures (double tap to zoom, swipe to move- swipe move speed and distance relative to the swiping speed, swipe to load another image if the current image reached the border, pinch to zoom) – extra editing like coloring and change texture and save new image ..etc is also welcomed! Text viewer: should support the following (change text size, better HTML viewing compared to the default text, copy, Read aloud offline?, highlight and save??) The menu button and text button will show if the user did one tap, they will hide when the user do another tap. Menu button should call a menu ( the menu should support scrolling ) When you run the app for the first time (and successive times) it will show you different chapters of the book , when you click on a chapter the application will check if the chapter files exist in application storage folder, if not the application will ask the user “do you want to download chapter 1” if the user click NO, the application will browser the images from online source ( I am thinking Firebase, but if you recommend something else I am open to suggestions). If the use click YES, the application will download the images from the same online source. The application will use an Array to find the images URLS – is it possible to make the application update this array from an online server array? So that I can add or remove some images without having to update the whole application?. The application should support Push notificaiton (firebase) and admob .
