Write a mid-size Android application

DON'T WASTE MY TIME JUST APPLYING FOR THE JOB. READ ALL THE INFORMATION PROVIDED PLUS THE REQUIREMENTS FIRST. I need an android system to the clients to select a drink and its quantity on a screen. Once the drink is selected, the system shall send an String to the device's serial port. In order to use the system, the system shall "authenticate" the client by reading a text string which will come from the reading of an RFID card. The client then will have the option to select between a pure drink or a home-made drink. After selected, the system shall deduct the price's of the drink from the card number and finish the cycle. So for each drink, the client shall "authenticate" again. There should have an admin side though in which the barman shall be able to register a new client, top-up the client's card, add/update pure and home-made drinks, check client's consumption and balance, check the liquid's remaining quantity and a couple of simple sale reports. The system should work in multiple machines and the admin shall view information of each machine. The credits should work for all machines and the deduction of credits should deduct in all machines. I demand the source-code! Delivery time should not exceeds 30 days. Total screens are 19 screens but lets work with 20. So you may base your price on that.
