Write an Android Notification application

HI freelancers, I would like to receive proposals to develop an android app which will read all the notifications from Device and will update to a URL which will be provided from my side. the features i am looking for, 1) This app will be hosted on a server using Android X86 6.0 ISO ( Marshmellow) or Android X86 5.0 ISO ( Lollypop) using Virtualbox 2) No need of any specific UI ( Need one screen where i can add a unique number or ID for a particular app) 3) Need another screen for selecting the apps from which i need the notifications to be read. 4) The proposed app should read all notifications from the selected applications in the second screen with "App Name (eg: [login to view URL])", "Date " , "Time", "Data String". 4)The Data collected from the notification in the above format should be stored in a local DB. 5)Once the data is dumped to local DB that particular notification should be removed from the device to avoid duplicate entries. 6)The app will update the collected data from the local DB to a provided URL with "App Name (eg: [login to view URL]) ", "Date", "Time", "Data String" along with the "Unique ID" of the parent APP. 7)Once the data posted to the URL GET request and get a json success response from server, the particular entry in the local DB should be removed 8)The app should update the collected data to the server using asynchronous method. 9) Make sure that Android will not kill the app / service in background due to long time inactivity or low memory. Must take precautions to prevent this issue ( we will also check from our side thoroughly once the project is delivered) 10) must be tested the app thoroughly on Virtual box using preferred version of Android X86 before delivering. 11) There must be proper documentation through-out the script 12) Even we have a fixed Budget of 50$ for this project, we can discuss about the price according to the conditions.
