Write an Android application

Key requirements are: - The customer should be able to search for products (there will be over 500 items). They should be able to search by brand, name, region, type and age (its alcohol products). - Customer should be able to give the product a star rating and add comments. Once the customer rates a product it should be added to their 'passport' within the app which states they have already tried the product. - customers should also be able to leave comments for other customers to view in making their decision. - They should also be able to view specials on products. - The specials will be created by the retailer who are our partners and should be based on a algorithm. For example, every customer that has given this product a star rating of 4 plus should see this product as a special. Essentially it allows retailers to target customers who have tried the product and actually like the product. In order for this to work we need to be able to capture data from the customer. - Another section within the app is for creating birthday cards. Customers will be able to choose from approximately 20 different cards, enter the recipient's name, age and message and the content is automatically populated. The name and age being entered will need to be automatically formatted to a predefined font and fit into a specific area in the card. Once the payment is made, the relevant data needs to be sent to specific server from where the card will be picked up, printed and posted. We will share a lot more information after we select someone to work with. If you feel our budget is too low please indicate what it would cost. It is important we get this app right as it will be the base for two more apps of a similar nature.
