I want an Android App, which will be used for intercommunication in dedicated network only. With the help of this app in available Wi-Fi network, registered user can make the calls to available user in the network. Text messaging and files like word, pdf, jpg can be transferred between the available users. If user's mobile get connected from one router to another router in the same network, easy handover process must take place. WITHOUT ANY INTERNET ACCESS, app should provide all the options to the user.
