we are looking to have a application which can be installed on mobile as hidden app and allow the mobile to be tracked on our platform even if the gps is turned off (can use LBS to track). Apart from that it can send sos alert, click photo and upload the same, can enable the gps from panel and do the voice survilance if possible and any feature what you can think can be useful.
