I need an Android app. I already have a design for it, I just need it to be built. Need help to superimpose camera images. I want to be able to take many photos in succession and display them superimposed ie: only show pixel if it has been present for 50% or more of the total time since we started taking quick photos. An example is if i take a photo of someone talking in front of a house lets say, the persons face is continually moving hence will not be shown but everything else will be because everything else has been there since the start and hence has complies with the 50% rule. Must be all java, no htlm, no javascript. Pay at end. Must be for java 1.7, eclipse luna and android sdk v19 and above. English speakers only.

I have previously developed android camera streaming apps including encoding it to H264 before streaming and this shouldn\'t be much different from that. Though I only have a little experience in image processing I know enough to get this job done . Maybe we can talk more to understand what is really expected in more detail.
