Cabby The App that Rates Drivers

I need an iPhone app. I would like it designed and built. An app that will contain each profile of Uber drivers and taxi drivers that customers can view before booking them through the Uber app or the a taxi company this app is only used for to rate the drivers and make customers feel safe not to book a taxi. 1- The drivers profile screen would consist of the drivers name,picture and the company they are working if they are a Uber driver that would be stated as well each drivers performance will be based on a rating scale from 1 to 5 and customers would be able to leave feedback 2- When a customers enables location on their smartphone the app would automatically pick up nearby drivers and display their profiles and the customer would be able to pick which driver he or she wants then the app would direct them to the Uber app or give the drivers or the company’s contact number of it’s a taxi driver for a company 3- The top 10 Drivers of each county In England, UK will be rated end of every month on the app on a scoreboard type screen on the apps home screen for customers to view.
