Add live streaming to android app

I have developed an android app that needs Video/Audio streaming capabilities added. This app is primarily a webview containing my website. The iOS version is already fully functional with live streaming capabilities via RTMP and available for download in the App Store. The app must function exactly as the iOS version does. You can test the live streaming functionality on iOS. I will provide the app name and login credentials upon request. Key features: - Camera preview window will be able to be dragged and resized by user. - Button to switch from front to rear camera. (I will provide the image icon) - "Live" icon will need to show once the user is streaming. (I will provide the image icon) - Start/stop stream controls (I will provide the image icons) - Must be able stable in most android phones/tablets. - Our streaming server simply takes an RTMP address (I will provide this address) Streaming functions are triggered by URL requests (The app will read the URL requests from the webview and trigger streaming functions depending on the URL requested).
