iphone and Android app

I want an app built for my city very similar to allnighters app - [login to view URL] The concept is that people in a particular city should be able to see what is happening in each bar in the city. Bar owners should be able to update the content with respect to their promotions, food, drinks, etc. I will need both iphone and Android App. Please respond only if you have build a similar app before and understand the concept thoroughly.
