526876 Get FREE App into the Top 10 for a Category on the App Store

Our App currently ranks anywhere between #15 and #50 on the iTunes Store "Most Downloaded" for its category. We want to be in the Top 10 for at least 1 full day, and see if we can maintain this presence by doing so. Our App is free, and this should be possible since one of our competitors is often in the Top 10. Ideally, we're looking to do this as cheaply as possible, because we'll want to do it again (later) with you if you are successful. :) Note: This must be done in the USA Apple iTunes App Store.
