Fix Shoutcast Streaming Bug on iPhone App & Add tabs

I need a highly experience iphone app programmer who has worked with shoutcast before. The app has already been coded but there is a bug with the code that is streaming shoutcast. After about 15-20minutes of streaming.. it stops playing and the ajax loader just keeps spinning and spinning. It is not a problem with the actual stream itself because I have tested on other desktops and devices and stream plays with no interruptions. So I need you to be able to fix whatever is causing the stream to stop playing after a certain amount of time. I also would like for you to add a hard refresh button next to play/pause button for user to refresh stream without needing to close app and reopen. DO NOT RESPOND IF YOU HAVE NEVER WORKED WITH SHOUTCAST AND IPHONE APPS STREAMING SHOUTCAST!! I also need for you to add a secondary tab bar for one of the tab buttons, that includes a home button that brings you back to the main tab bar. See attached picture for details. Also need a total of 5 webview pages added, one with pull to refresh functionality SEE ATTACHMENT. I love working with other people, but this is my 3rd time finding a freelancer for this app because of the poorly done job and support of the last ones. DO NOT RESPOND IF YOU CANNOT FULFILL REQUIREMENTS 100% YOU WILL NOT GET PAID IF SHOUTCAST BUG ISNT FIX AND NEW FUNCTIONALITY IS NOT AS LAYED OUT IN DOCUMENT.
