3D car racing Game

HI , I\'m looking for someone who has experience with 3D car racing game please take a look at games like asphalt 8 or overdrive , we don\'t want the levels to be that complex but high graphic design and smooth driving is the most important part , if anyone has done the same job or the core of the game , we can save time and reskin it .we just need to add some more features and graphic of the roads and cars are important for us not the complexity of the levels if you offer reasonable price we are keen to start as soon as possible Thank you
