Iphone App Calandar.

I need an Iphone App built. This is a very small simple program (As a programmer I hate when people say that.) All I need is a calendar program that will allow the user to add reoccurring events (bus tours) to a calendar and then be able to add customers to the event over time. Additionally it needs to allow the user to click a button that will email a list of the customers to an email address he specifies. If you have any questions please let me know. It does not need to be fancy (obviously the better the more work I can give you after, but it is not needed.) I will be looking at pricing and time. If this could be done by 11am PST tomorrow (Monday) that would be awesome and please let me know in your bid. Also since I have never developed an iPhone App also let me know how the user would install the app. Thank you very much for your time.
